ATHLETE MEDIA DAY

Media day sessions are available for all sports, including youth, high school, and college programs. Sessions typically run 1–2 hours and include individual athlete photos, creative shots, and full team images. Sessions are held on-site at your field, school, or gym depending on the sport.

All images are professionally edited and delivered through an online gallery for easy download and sharing. Digital images included in each selected package will be available for download.

Prints can also be ordered through the gallery after delivery, allowing families to purchase physical copies as needed. Banners, poster composites, additional images, and other custom products must be ordered in advance and are not available for purchase through the gallery.

MEDIA DAY OPTIONS

Media days are offered in two formats, depending on how your program is structured:

TEAM-FUNDED MEDIA DAY

This option is designed for programs where the team or school covers the cost of the session. A full media day is scheduled, and a set number of professionally edited images are delivered based on the selected package. These images can be used for marketing, social media, banners, and overall program branding.

Team-funded media day packages typically start at $1,000, with final pricing based on coverage needs and deliverables.

ATHLETE ORDERING (INDIVIDUAL PURCHASES)

This option allows teams to host a media day with no cost to the program. Athletes and families can choose to purchase their own photos and products individually after the session. Only purchased images are edited and delivered.

DELIVERY

Final images are typically delivered within 1–3 weeks, depending on workload and selected options.

ORDERING

For athlete-paid media days, orders are placed on media day using the order form provided.

For team-funded media days, package details and delivery will be coordinated directly with the program.

Notice:

A minimum of 12 athletes is required for teams to participate in an athlete-paid media day. Smaller groups may still be accommodated depending on availability.

Teams that book a team-funded media day will receive a complimentary team photo delivered digitally.

Sports banner orders require participation in a scheduled media day session. Sessions are typically held on-site at your school or field. Studio sessions are also available at 138 W Badillo St, Covina, CA 91723. Off-site accommodations can be made for programs located outside the immediate area.
